
Yuzu NiceGan Tea Mocktail Recipe
Yuzu NiceGan Tea mocktail is our most popular menu item beloved by the visitors during Taiwan: A World of Orchids festival in Queens Botanical Garden this year.
Inspired by the classic Mojito, this refreshing drink is simple to make and perfect for recreating at home!
Ingredients
- 20ml yuzu honey jam
- 4ml lime juice
- 180ml Mofa NiceGan tea
- 70g ice
- Two mint leaves and one slice of lime for garnishing

(Optional) A splash of club soda for extra fizz
For a Cocktail Twist: Add 0.5 oz rum, yuzu sake, or pisco to give it a creative kick!
Preparations
- Brew NiceGan tea with a tea sachet and 400ml hot water.
- When chilling NiceGan tea, mix the yuzu honey jam with lime juice.
- Mix 180ml NiceGan tea with yuzu honey jam and lime juice.
- Add the ice (club soda) into the serving cup.
- Pour the mixed NiceGan tea into the serving cup.
- Add lime slice and mint leaves for garnishing and cheers!
