📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

📍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard (Domestic): [3–5 business days]

• Express (Domestic): [1–3 business days]

🚫 Shipment Restrictions

We do not ship to any areas outside New York State.

📬 Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at contact@mofa.cafe.

❗ Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

1. Check with neighbors or your local carrier.

2. Contact us at  contact@mofa.cafe within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For damaged items, please include a photo of the packaging and item when reaching out.
