• Organic Lily Bulb (有機百合)
• Ophiopogon Radix (麥門冬) 
• Organic Balloon flower Root (有機桔梗)
• Zhejiang Fritillary Bulb (浙貝母)
• Figwort Root (玄參) 
• Uncaria Stem with Hooks (鉤藤)
• Organic Monk Fruit (有機羅漢果)

🍵 Brew Instructions

Brew the tea sachet by steeping it in 8 oz of hot water (around 90-95°C) for 5-7 minutes.
